Shipping:

All orders are shipped for free from 150 euro.

As soon as we receive your order AND payment, the package is prepared for shipment. We do not ship on Sundays and Mondays, because the store is closed.

Returns:

You have the right to waive the sales agreement and/or return the delivered items without payment of any penalty or statement of reason and this within 14 calendar days after the delivery of the products.

Would you like to return your items? Then you can return/exchange them yourself in the store or send them back at your own expense to the following address:

We advise to send your package with a tracking number so you can trace your package and always ask for a receipt.

A product you wish to return must meet the following conditions:

- In new condition.
- In its original packaging, including the price label.
- Not worn or washed.
- Complete (along with all items such as a belt, key chain, shoe box, etc..; that belong to the original product).
- Did you receive a product damaged? If so, please contact us immediately.

The purchase price will be refunded as soon as we have the returned items back in our possession.
